Most of our items are made to order, starting production once your payment has been successfully processed. We understand your anticipation, and each creation reflects the time and dedication of our artisans.

• Production Time: After payment is confirmed, the production process will take 3-7 days.
• Processing Time: Once production is complete, orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and prepared for shipment.
• Shipping Time:
  • Standard Shipping: 7-22 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-15 business days
  Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
• Shipping Costs: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $300 USD. For orders under $300 USD, shipping fees will vary based on the destination.
• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, we will provide tracking information via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Return Policy

We hope you cherish each handcrafted item, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. Below are our return guidelines:

• Return Conditions: Items must be in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging intact.
• Return Process: Please contact our customer service team via email at service@gardenincloset.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions after confirmation.
• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is found to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
